N/A - NOTICE OF INTENDED PROCUREMENT - TUNNEL CLEANING

1. Description of Procurement

This is a Notice of Intent where EPCOR Water Services Inc. is looking to obtain services for Contractors to perform tunnel cleaning in the Edmonton area. EPCOR intends to clean large/ deep sewer tunnels for operational and capital programs and emergency situations; infrastructure that we are not able to complete in-house. EPCOR will evaluate the submissions and award Master Service Agreements to Contractors that are qualified to perform the work.

3. Expression of Interest

The RFP will be posted publicly, but Proponents can express their interest in the procurement by contacting the RFP Contact by June 25th, 2021.

4. Duration of Contract and Extension Options

The Contract length is one (1) year with two (2) optional terms of two (2) years each.

5. Submission Deadline Date and Time

The submission deadline will be communicated once the opportunity is posted.

6. Language of Submissions

All submissions are to be in English

7. Location of Submission

RFP documents will be made available sometime between June 25th, 2021 and July 2, 2021 and can be downloaded on Bids & Tenders (https://next.bidsandtenders.ca/)

8. Method of Submission

All submissions must be submitted through Bids & Tenders. Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

9. Trade Agreements

The RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
